- Drive southwest toward Lake Mburo National Park (approx. 4–5 hours).

- Check-in, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.
- Dinner & overnight at Lake Mburo.
- Early breakfast at the lodge.
- Morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park: zebras, giraffes, impalas, elands, warthogs, topis, birdlife.
- Afternoon boat cruise on Lake Mburo: hippos, crocodiles, kingfishers, fish eagles, shoreline wildlife.
- Lunch at lakeside restaurant.
- Afternoon relaxation at the lodge.

- Scenic drive through Ankole farmlands and Kabale highlands.
- Arrive in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in the afternoon.

- Early breakfast and transfer to Bwindi park headquarters for briefing.
- Gorilla trekking through the rainforest: spend one hour observing a gorilla family.
- Packed lunch provided at the lodge for the road.
- Depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park (Katunguru) after lunch.
- Arrival in late afternoon.
- Dinner & overnight at Queen Elizabeth.
- Early breakfast.
- Morning game drive across Kasenyi plains: elephants, lions, buffaloes, hyenas, Uganda kob, savannah birds.
- Lunch at the lodge.
- Afternoon Kazinga Channel boat cruise: hippos, crocodiles, elephants, prolific birdlife.
- Stop at Kikorongo Equator Point in Kikongoro for photos after the boat.
- Dinner & overnight at Queen Elizabeth.
- Early breakfast and check out.
- Morning visit to Kyambura Gorge ("Valley of Apes"):
- Guided nature walk through the forested gorge. o Spot chimpanzees, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and other primates. o Observe abundant birdlife and butterflies. o See waterfalls, cliffs, and dramatic gorge scenery. o Excellent photography opportunities.
- Depart for a hotel near Entebbe/Kampala airport for overnight stay.
- Flight departure the following day.
